Saving Messages and Attachments

You can save messages with attachments that you have received to or sent from the Secure Message Center as a .zip file. You can then keep a copy of the message and attachment, even after it expires and has been removed from your Inbox.

To save a message and its attachment:

  1. From the Inbox or Sent Mail tab, select the Subject link to open the message that you want to save.
  2. Select the arrow next to the More Actions drop-down field.
  3. Select Save email message and attachments as a .zip file.
  4. Click Go.
    Follow the Internet browser instructions to save the .zip file to a location you specify.
